We only ship to the US. Right now, we are unable to process international orders. Items are shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmation will be sent shortly after shipping. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s).

Your credit card will be refunded upon us receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
If you need to make an exchange for any reason, the item must be in their original condition within 30 days from receipt.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Shipping Label and to specify which item you wish to exchange for. Once the return package is received, we will pack and send to you the new item at our expense. If the product is no longer available, we will email you to find out if you would like another item or a refund.
